Kids in Kayaks
Our signature program, the mission of Kids in Kayaks is to get every 7th grade student in Beaufort County out on the water as part of a science-based school field trip.

A call to action for the entire community! This annual event empowers residents and visitors of Hilton Head to organize and participate in litter clean-ups on Earth Day.
Clean-ups
Throughout each year, The Foundation organizes litter sweeps and waterway clean-ups around the local area, including Pick up and Jog events, kayak based clean-ups and beach sweeps. Volunteers are always welcome to help with this essential work.
Oyster Recycling and Reef Building Initiative
A key part of our local eco-system, our community based oyster recycling program creates new reefs out of old shell, ensuring a healthy oyster fishery in the future.
Keep the Broad Creek Clean Festival
Our annual family friendly events brings together eco-focused businesses, organizations, non-profits and educators for a fun day in the park, complete with crafts, exhibits, activities, and hands-on experiences.
OluKai Lowcountry Boil Paddle Battle
This annual paddle sports race directly benefits our Kids in Kayaks program, with all racer registration fees going directly to The Foundation. The Paddle Battle attracts kayak and paddle board racers from around the country, from pro's to newbies!
